REFUNDS
Due to the nature of what we sell, All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Since we predominantly sell hats and apparel, We are unable to resell any returned merchandise as we have no way of knowing what allergens the product was exposed to. As a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on most items.
However, if there is a defect or problem with the product and it is returned to our warehouse within 15 days of receiving it with the original packing slip and tags attached you will be provided 100% store credit for that product. Once the package is received you will be given store credit via the email address that was used when the order was placed. Sale items, Holiday items and limited edition drops are excluded from returns
Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return label and any new shipping charges.
