Returns + Exchanges


 REFUNDS

Due to the nature of what we sell, All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on certain items.

Since we predominantly sell hats and apparel, We are unable to resell any returned hats as we have no way of knowing what allergens the product was exposed to. As a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on certain items. 

Hats, jewelry and drinkware are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Apparel can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. 

However, if there is a defect or problem with the product and it is returned to our warehouse within 15 days of receiving it with the original packing slip and tags attached you will be provided 100% store credit for that product. Once the package is received you will be given store credit via the email address that was used when the order was placed. Sale items, Holiday items, Sale items and limited edition drops are excluded from returns 

Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return label and any new shipping charges.
